Tony Lithur names 2 men allegedly having an affair with Oye Lithur

The Petition filed in court by Private Legal Practitioners Tony Lithur seeking for a divorce against Nana Oye Lithur after more than 20 years of marriage has taken a different turn.

In a petition dated May 2, 2018, which was filed at a High Court in Accra, revealed that their marriage had broken down beyond repair and his continuous stay in the marriage would only cause him pain.

 Tony Lithur has 4 children with Nana Oye Lithur.

 In the Petition, Tony Lithur said Nana Oye Lithur cheated on him without any regard for his ‘sensibilities’, and also she constantly accuses him of cheating on her even if she just sees him talking with another lady or working with another lady.

According to reports, Tony Lithur has been considering divorce for a while but Nana Oye Lithur has begged him on such occasions not to divorce her.

The petition revealed that One of the men Nana Oye Lithur is allegedly having an extra marital affair with is one Samuel Cudjoe who Tony Lithur claimed to have been calling his wife at very odd hours for lengthy chats.

According to Tony Lithur, he once overheard Cudjoe declaring love to his wife on the phone who responded positively but when she was confronted, she denied though she admitted talking to Cudjoe at that odd hour.

Another man mentioned in the Petition is one James Yankah. “James Yankah has also for sometime now resorted to calling respondent regularly at odd hours, sometimes late at night, talking for an extended time, and sometimes while Petitioner is in the bedroom with Respondent. On the last occasion, Petitioner could not help asking respondent after a conversation lasting about for almost an hour, if she has finished conversing with her “boyfriend”, James Yankah. Respondent betrayed herself by asking Petitioner if he has been reading her text messages. Petitioner ignored” Portion of the petition filed by Tony Lithur against Nana Oye Lithur.
