Vice President and the running mate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has indicated that the 2016 Presidential election is about a candidate who can best safeguard the peace, security and stability of the country.

Speaking at Buipewura’s Palace at Buipe in the Northern Region, Mr. Amissah-Arthur stated his party, the NDC believes their message will go down well with the people of Ghana.

“Our prayer is that the message of the NDC will prevail in the country.

Our message is one that Ghana will find a leader on the 7th of December 2016 who will be able to keep this country together, bring the best in all of us to combine all of our effort to produce a great nation.’’

He is convinced the NDC has the right candidate “and we the NDC believe that we have a candidate who is in the best place to help us achieve what we seek.”
