Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak have appointed American Mark Noonan as their new Managing Director.
The American has been in Ghana for some days now and has now assumed the MD role for the Phobians.
The American on Wednesday was introduced to the playing body at the Legon Ajax Park.
Noonan will officially start work on Thursday, March 1st, 2018.
